ORANA 44, a new-wave catamaran
ORANA 44 is intended to be a comfortable ocean-going vessel.
Designed by the famous Joubert-Nivelt firm of architects, the ORANA 44 offers:
Free on-deck movement, like its sisters.
A very low centre of gravity for maximum security, with open access between the cockpit and salon.
A large sliding window for direct communication between the salon and cockpit.
A three-seat steering station combining all navigation controls, with excellent visibility over the roof.
A sheltered sundeck behind the steering station, which includes two portable sunloungers with adjustable backs.
Most importantly, great performances with 110m² of sail, which in normal weather would allow extensive sailing under the wind, limiting use of motors.
There are two versions of the ORANA 44, including the original:
4-cabin: in the passageways are four bright, attractive cabins, each with attached lavatory and separate shower room.
A new Maestro Version: The ORANA 44 benefits from a new Owner hull for greater comfort on board. The entirely private hull has a fine cabin which opens out a bureau with a library and has a private bathroom. On the portside are two double cabins and two shower rooms.
This bathroom redesigned to offer more intimacy has a shower separated by a plexiglass panel, a superb free standing wash basin, and a wall unit with mirrors on both doors.
